About me

I am Daniel Tadje, the person behind DaTa-Prozesse. With a passion for efficiency and a deep understanding of technology and IT, I help companies optimize and automate their business processes. My path began with a degree in mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen, where I not only learned the technical basics, but also discovered my enthusiasm for computer science and process management.

During my studies, I gained valuable experience in the field of teaching and knowledge transfer at the IMA/ZLW & IfU, where I worked on the course "Computer Science in Mechanical Engineering" among other things. This activity helped me to further develop my structured thinking and my ability to explain complex relationships in an understandable way.

After my studies, I deepened my knowledge in various areas, including quality management and IT, and taught myself extensive knowledge of software and database development. With this comprehensive know-how and my practical experience in product development and organizational development, I launched DaTa-Prozesse.

My motivation

The founding of DaTa-Prozesse stems from my conviction that small and medium-sized companies are the backbone of our economy and that their productivity is crucial for long-term success. At a time when demographic change and the shortage of skilled workers are bringing new challenges, I see it as my task to make companies fit for the future through optimized and automated processes.

With the ROSA concept, which stands for Reduce, Optimize, Standardize and Automate, I have developed a tool that helps companies to work more efficiently and make the best use of their resources. I personally stand by the quality of my work and am convinced that sustainable process improvements are the key to tomorrow's success.
